SPECIFICATION
What a stacker enquiry needs to settle first.
Stacker selection fails far more often on aisle geometry and floor condition than on capacity. These four points usually decide the model.
- Lift height against racking
- Stackers are usually limited by the top beam height rather than by load. Confirm the highest pick level and whether the mast must offer free lift or full free lift.
- Aisle geometry
- Leg length, chassis width and the turning circle decide whether the truck can work the aisle at all. Send aisle width, racking depth and pallet dimensions.
- Floor condition
- Small drive wheels and low ground clearance are sensitive to thresholds, joints and debris. Ramp grade and surface finish change the answer.
- Shift and charging
- A 24 V pack suits a defined duty cycle. Multi-shift operation needs either a larger pack or spare batteries with a charging routine that fits the site.
